It can really feel unfair and extremely isolating to be struggling to conceive. It can also be confusing to think about ways we can help our bodies, because we all know someone who got pregnant by accident whilst taking the pill, drinking most nights and eating doughnuts. It's not about eating badly causing infertility, it's about eating well (whatever that means for you as individual as there is no one healthy diet for all) that supports your fertility.
