What you feed your child is a very personal topic, almost as personal as how you choose to parent them. Just like I do when working with adults, I teach people about food and their bodies so they can make informed choices, rather than telling them what to eat. This will allow you to make decisions on what to feed your child and how to approach things in a way that's best for your unique child and circumstances.
Your baby will eat like you and your family do, so the best way to start them off well is to lead by example and deal with any food issues you have yourself whether be fussiness, calorie counting or poor choices.
I don't promote a particular method such as baby led, I see the benefits in all methods and believe there is a time and place for all of them. Flexibility is key if you are to succeed in feeding your baby really well but also allowing them to eat with their friends and not become obsessive about 'treat' foods.
